Mr AS Vijay Kumar (FRCS) is a qualified Surgeon (Edinburgh) and has further experience in Strasbourg, France, Boston, Sandiago USA. He has also worked previously operating on breast and bowel cancer patients in the West Country.

Other members of the team are Tammy Ardron (HCA) Gail Turner (HCA) Monica Blount (RGN) Marilyn Ashurst (RGN) and Christine Young (RGN).

Below are the number of operations carried out in the past few years:

• 2006/07 - 600 minor operations carried out by the team
   
• 2005/06 - 500 operations carried out
   
• 2004/05 - 250 operations carried out

We can operate on skin tags, growths and inject joints. There are exceptions.
