The staff at the reception desk will assist you in making routine and emergency appointments to see a doctor or nurse, answer numerous and varied questions and offer help and assistance at all times. It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patient records is maintained at the highest level by all staff.

Nurse Practitioners deal with minor illnesses and can also prescribe and refer.
