The Practice believes in providing as safe as possible repeat prescribing to our patients. To help us adhere to this policy, we ask patients to tick the respective boxes on the copy of the prescription sheet, which are found on the right hand side of their prescriptions, and put them into the drop-in box at the surgery during surgery hours.

Patients can alternatively Fax requests to the Practice on 01302 708006.

Repeat prescriptions will be ready for collection after 48 hours of making their request.
